This is for clients who know they want to change their property but need to understand what is possible before committing to detailed design or construction.

• Initial design consultation (1.5h-2h)

• Review of your plans, photographs and project brief

• Exploration of layout, atmosphere and overall design direction

• Moodboard with materials, colours, textures and visual references of each space in the intervention

• Up to 2 layout proposals

• Realistic 3D Visualisations to communicate the proposed design

• Presentation and discussion of the design direction

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

Before we begin, please provide:

• Existing plans or plot — floor plans, site plans, sketches or any existing drawings you have.

• Photographs — clear photos of the existing space, property or site.

• Project brief — a short description of what you want to achieve, how you use the space and what you would like to change.

• Constraints — anything that may affect the design, such as planning, legal, structural, building or other existing restrictions.

• Inspiration — any reference images, styles, materials or spaces that reflect what you like.
