LAYOUT PROPOSAL
A well-planned layout is the foundation of a space that feels both beautiful and effortless to live in.
We combine our expertise in spatial planning, functionality, and design to create a layout that makes the most of your space while staying true to your needs and vision.
You’ll receive two different layout proposals (A|B), each exploring a distinct approach to the space. We’ll present both options to you, discuss the possibilities, and gather your feedback before refining your preferred direction.
After this round of revisions, we’ll deliver the final, refined plan — giving you a clear and considered layout to confidently move forward with your project.
DELIVERABLES
You will receive a 1:100 scale layout proposal (PDF + DWG)
WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
To develop the design, I will need:

Existing plans and relevant drawings

Photographs of the space / property

Any specific requirements, budget or practical constraints that need to be considered

TIMEFRAME

PAYMENT, REVISIONS & CANCELLATION:

Initial retainer of 180€

50% deposit to start; remaining 50% upon approval, before final delivery.

1 round of revisions included.

Additional revisions: €90/image.

No refunds once work has commenced, as time and resources are invested in the visualisation process.

Cancellation after work has started does not qualify for a refund.
